Each HARMONY event is a custom event: there are no set packages because just like every flower, every event is unique. Custom service and quality comes first hence in order to maintain exceptional service I book minimal events per week. All dates are reserved on a first-come-first-book basis.
Event consultations are by appointment only. During our meeting we will discuss your vision, the venue, event theme and floral budget. It is helpful for the planning process to know the number, size, and shape of the tables (round, square, rectangle), linen colour(s), and the date and time of your event. Pricing is based on the scope of the event and influenced by seasonal flower availability.
To secure my services a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable initial payment are required. The full balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Once an initial payment is paid adjustments to the quote may still be made - I just ask that all revisions and counts are finalized before your full balance is due. HARMONY gladly accents cash payment, personal and cashier's cheques.
